Factory profile:
Factory History: Our factory was set up in Year 2007, located in Penang State, Malaysia. Our factory area is 10,000sq meter. Our top management and production management are a group of people with more than 15 years of fasteners experience. Our management system is accordance to ISO 9001:2008 system.
Quality Control:
All our products will be sent for lab testing every year. During production, we will also perform in-house testing for every single production. We keep detailed records of all productions and shipment samples for at least a year. We have quality control officers for material, injection, packaging and final inspection before shipping the goods.
Products & Packaging Type:
Our factory manufactures stainless steel screws. Our main categories are tapping screws, chipboard screws and machine screws. We have also some other types such as deck screws, plumbing screws and etc. We have the capacity of developing new products upon customer’s request.
We do DIY packaging for most of our customers. Our packaging type such as plastic transparent box, window box, PVC bag with header, plastic container and etc.
Machinery and Capacity:
Our current capacity is 1000 tonnes per year and we are aiming to increase to 2000 tonnes next year.
We have machinery listed as below:
- 40 units of heading machine
- 35 units of thread machine
- 6 units of slotted machine
- 3 units of cutting machine
- One assembly line of passivation machine
Export market and customer:
Most of our goods are exported to Western and Northern Europe. Our main customers are retailers, wholesalers and DIY stores.
